Thirty scouts and scouters dismantled the treelot on the first Saturday of the new year, with sunny skies above and firm snow below. Uplifted by the fine weather and a few dozen sugary donuts, we packed up the fences and tree racks in 90 short minutes. This left us plenty of time for an epic snowball fight, with the featured match between bare-armed Adam and bare-legged Ben. We had a full turnout of hard-working younger scouts, and were also helped by a returning Eagle.
