CHRISTMAS PAST

Our treelot experience this season was  somewhat unique.  From November setup  to Christmas Eve we were spared winter’s worst.  And though more unsold trees remained than in past years, our profits were unaffected because we spent less on decorations and other consumables (i.e. material that gets used up, like twine and signage, not food and drink).

The increased size of our troop (“many hands make light work”), along with the application of Archimedes’ insight, Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world”, allowed us to complete our tasks in time for a relaxed pizza party.
